Children under 2 years old can participate for free.
- Children from 2 to 10 years old pay half price
- A 100% refund is provided for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the departure.
- A 100% penalty applies for cancellations made on the day of the excursion.
- In case of cancellation due to health reasons, a full refund will be issued upon presenting a medical certificate.
- Payments must be made at the time of booking, which must be done at least two days in advance.
- Excursions are conducted with English-speaking or multilingual guides.
- Personal belongings (including video and photographic equipment) are the sole responsibility of the owners. The organization is not liable for any loss or theft during the excursions.
- Changes to the itinerary or program during the excursion due to force majeure or adverse weather conditions do not entitle the participant to a refund. DESTINYCORP reserves the right to modify itineraries and schedules or to postpone excursions when necessary to ensure safety and the quality of the service.
- A 30% deposit is required for each booked excursion.
- We recommend choosing operators who are licensed according to local laws. Unlicensed operators may offer lower rates, but the risk of poor service, non-compliance, and/or accidents is very high. We disclaim any responsibility for issues arising from excursions purchased through other organizations.
